Horribly unskilled and unprofessional hair stylists. My sons hair is a complete mess. The workers here have no business cutting hair and couldn’t even operate the computer to check us out. It took them 20mins to figure it out while our family stood there trying to escape this place. I’ll never use another sports clips. I’ve been using them for 10 years now and it’s gotten to the point the will let anyone cut hair. The employees don’t speak English and don’t over the mvp or other packages anymore and I was upcharged for things we didn’t get but couldn’t communicate with them well enough to make it right. I feel taken advantage of. I believe it’s deliberate from the owner.

For me, the staff is professional and very pleasant to work with, in fact I would go 5 Stars but for a few things I would recommend when they deal with older men: 1. We have hair growing on the tops of the ears themselves that could be cut off. 2. We often have hair growing in our ears that could be cut off. 3. We often have hair growing out of our nose that could be cut off. 4. Our eyebrows are often bushy. It really could be trimmed, although some guys do like it. 5. We sometimes need out sideburns leveled. 6. When the hair on the top is missing, it is better to trim the sides twice than try to get it right the first time. 7. Finally, some of us have really, really hairy backs. Any chance of getting that buzzed off? Thanks for your time. Hope you will put 1-6 on your computer checklist.

Ally butchered my hair. After asking her to not touch the length on top, she recommended cutting just the “dead ends”... then proceeded to hack off an inch. I asked her NOT to buzz all the way up to the part so she buzzed all the way up to the part. Worse haircut ever. If you like your hair done a certain way, don’t bother going here, they just do what they like.
